• Contact you regarding your booking or enquiry
• Issue required documentation (e.g. Certificate of Destruction for scrap vehicles)

We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent, and we do not sell or rent data to third parties.

• Scrap vehicle disposal records: 7 years (legal requirement)
• Website analytics: 30 days (Cloudflare anonymised — no personal data)
