1 About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of vehicle recovery, towing, and scrap/end-of-life vehicle collection services by Savage Tow, operated by Marc Savage, Swords, County Dublin ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

2 Services

We provide:

• Roadside vehicle recovery and towing (cars, vans, light commercials)
• Flatbed transport of electric, hybrid and standard vehicles
• Scrap and end-of-life vehicle collection across North Dublin, M1 and M50
• Jump starts, tyre changes and minor roadside assistance

Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a job at our discretion.

3 Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted via phone or WhatsApp are estimates. A firm price is agreed before work begins. All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time beyond 15 minutes at collection point
• Winching, off-road recovery or exceptional access difficulties
• Jobs outside our standard coverage area
• Storage beyond 24 hours (where applicable)

4 Booking & Cancellation

Bookings accepted by phone or WhatsApp. You may cancel without charge up to 30 minutes before the agreed arrival time. Cancellations after we are en route may incur a call-out fee of up to €30.

5 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle, location and breakdown
• Ensure the vehicle is legally yours or you have owner's authority
• Ensure the collection area is safe and accessible
• Secure any valuables before collection — we accept no liability for items left in the vehicle
• For scrap collections, ensure the vehicle is free of hazardous materials

6 Liability

We take all reasonable care of your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, liability is limited to the market value of the vehicle or reasonable repair cost, whichever is lower.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Consequential losses (missed appointments, hire car costs, loss of earnings)
• Delays due to traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss of personal property left in the vehicle

7 Scrap & End-of-Life Vehicles

You confirm you are the registered owner or have legal right to dispose of the vehicle. A Certificate of Destruction (CoD) will be issued by our approved ATF partner per Irish regulations. Payment agreed before collection is final, subject to the vehicle's condition matching its description.

8 Force Majeure

We will not be in breach of these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, or mechanical failure of our own vehicle.

9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

10 Changes
